Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
ALL REFUNDS will be less the 2.9% transaction fee passed to Little Bay Cottage at booking from Stripe, the payment processor, as this cannot be refunded to either party and is kept by Stripe. Thank you for understanding this is a small business and therefore need to adhere to this policy. The transaction fee will be deducted from total refund returned to guest.
Damage and Incidentals You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

- Please note our maximum occupancy is 2 adults per flat.
- Thank you for understanding that our spaces are designed for couples to peacefully relax and are not equipped to host children.
- While we are pet lovers, we do not allow pets to visit or stay overnight at Little Bay Cottage.
- No parties/events.
- For the comfort and safety of our guests, no smoking or vaping is allowed.
- Max guests: 2
Cleaning Practices
- Cleaned with disinfectant
- High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
- All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
- Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
Additional rules
Pursuant to City Noise Ordinance – Please be aware that noises from loud music or large groups of people should be kept to a minimum and are particularly restricted from 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. Side door is for emergency exit only. We ask that you treat our Little Bay Cottage with the same respect that you do your own. This is a non-smoking, pet-free home. No open flames or candles are allowed on the property. Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight.
